WHOLESALE LOT OF 192 LARGE VELOUR POWDER PUFF WITH SATIN RIBBON STRAP
The large puff is approximately 3.75" diameter. It's the perfect velour puff to place powder on face or to set your makeup. It can also be used with your favorite body powder. The satin ribbon strap allows you to use the puff as a padding so your skin does not come in contact with the customer's skin when you are doing makeup for your client or it can be used as a way to lift it out of your powder container or use it as a holder when apply powder to body.
