A customer earns 1 point for each $1 spent from orders regardless of the order value (tax and shipping/handling excluded). Points are added to a loyalty account when an order is shipped and subtracted when an order is returned or refunded. Redeem $5 store credit with 500 points. In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Texas, U.S.A.
Can I pick up my order?
All orders will be shipped via a carrier; no will call available.
Do you have a showroom for me to look at the products?
No. We do not have a showroom.
Will I need to pay tax?
If your shipping destination is in Texas U.S.A., a tax rate of 8.25% will be added to your invoice. If you are a reseller, you can claim the tax refund when you file your sales tax return. If you are a nonprofit organization, you can file form 00-985 with the Texas Comptroller's Office.
What to do if I have an issue with my order?
We always take extra care in checking and packing your shipment. If you experience any error or damage with your shipment, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to hold on to all packaging material while the claim is in processing; the carrier may need to inspect the damaged package.

Can I expedite my shipment?

What does the shipping cost?
Shipments to U.S. destinations including Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Alaska are always FREE of shipping charge. For other destinations, simply place all desired items into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, the system will calculate the cost based on your order total and destination. Proceeding to checkout does not mean you are making the purchase; it's just a way for the system to calculate the total for you. If you agree with the total, you can then continue with the checkout process to make payment.
How can I select the carrier of my choice?
Once you have placed all desired items into the cart and proceed to checkout, you will be able to select from different services provided by a variety of carriers.
Why do you need my phone number during checkout?
Your phone number is requested for the purpose of delivery issues of your package. The provided phone number will enable the carrier to contact you to resolve issues and complete delivery of your shipment rather than return the package to us. We do not make sales calls or share your phone number with others.
