USPS trouble

Many of you have reported the experience of having your package delayed by USPS. Yes, we know! It's no fun waiting for package to be delivered and specially it's during the holidays season. We have been communicating with USPS to make them aware of the urgency and they assured us that they are working on a solution. So far, those packages that were reported delayed eventually got delivered just that they did not get delivery at the time we expect them to be. We apologize for the inconvenience USPS caused and thank you for your patience while USPS is fixing the problem.
